Frequently Asked Questions

About Your Stay

What is the minimum stay at RVParks365?

We welcome both weekly and longer-term stays. Our minimum stay is 3 nights. However, our best rates and monthly discounts kick in at 30 nights or more — so the longer you stay, the more you save. If you're on the fence about committing to a full month, a weekly stay is a great way to get settled in and see if it feels like home.

What's included in the nightly rate?

Everything you need for daily living is included — full hookups (water, sewer, and electric), free WiFi, on-site laundry facilities, and two parking spaces per site. No surprise fees, no add-ons. The rate is $15/night for reservations of 30 nights or more.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes. Monthly rate discounts are available for guests booking 30 nights or more. Give us a call or send us a message to ask about our current long-term rates — we're happy to work with you.

How big are the sites?

Each site is 70 feet long with two dedicated parking spaces. Whether you're rolling in with a large rig, a work truck, or both — there's room for you and your setup.

Are pets allowed?

Absolutely. Your pets are welcome at RVParks365. If you have questions about specific breeds or sizes, just give us a call and we'll sort it out.

Is it a quiet community?

Yes. RVParks365 is a peaceful, residential-style community built for people who are here to stay awhile — not a high-traffic weekend campground. We maintain quiet hours and attract residents who respect their neighbors' space.

Is it safe for full-time living?

Seven Points is a small, close-knit lakeside community with a friendly, residential feel. Our grounds are well-maintained, and our long-term resident community looks out for one another. It's a safe, comfortable place to call home.

I've never done long-term RV living before — is this right for me?

If you're new to RV living, you're not alone — many of our residents made the switch from traditional housing and haven't looked back. Long-term RV living at RVParks365 gives you the simplicity of a smaller footprint, the flexibility of month-to-month living, and all the daily essentials included in your rate. If you have questions or want to talk it through before committing, just give us a call. We're happy to walk you through what to expect.
